Html Haven Comments: Provides a very basic tutorial on how to write html. Good for beginners. HoTMetaL Pro 3.0 Comments: Hotmetal Pro 3.0 is an excellent html editor. Basically, you can design a web page without learning the nitty gritty details of html coding. Download it--it's free. Patrick's HTML Workshop Comments: Links to everything that you need to build a homepage. Rocketmail Comments: Free web-based e-mail. I tried HOTMAIL and got frustrated with the constant delays for upgrades. This is probably the best web-based service out there. | |
